We hold a 1-to-4 infant ratio, well below what the state requires, so you're never stretched across more babies than you can truly know and attend to. Full-time and part-time both work here. Here's what it takes: a Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and the ability to meet Ohio's licensing requirements for infant/toddler care.
