💫Love baby giggles, snuggles, and being someone’s favorite lullaby singer?
If your heart melts at the smell of baby lotion, the sound of soft coos, and the sparkle of curiosity in a little one’s eyes — you might be exactly who we’re looking for!
At Sylvania Children’s Center, we’ve spent over 30 years helping children grow through love, laughter, and learning. We believe that infants deserve the very best start — and that begins with teachers who nurture with intention, teach with heart, and celebrate every milestone with joy.
🌈 What You’ll Do Every Day
-
Create a safe, nurturing, and responsive classroom that feels like home for our tiniest learners.

- Plan and implement play-based, sensory-rich activities that support physical, social, and emotional development.

- Comfort, feed, change, and care for infants with gentle patience and genuine love, recognizing each baby’s unique rhythm and needs.

- Observe and document precious milestones — from first smiles to first steps — and share those special moments with families.

- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents through daily communication and partnership.

- Collaborate with a passionate team to uphold NAEYC and Step Up to Quality standards.

- Contribute to a culture rooted in respect, inclusion, and connection — where every giggle and moment of growth matters.

-
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
