šŸ•˜ Schedule: Full-time

šŸŽ’ What Youā€™ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum

  • Building loving and responsive relationships with your preschoolers

  • Encouraging child-led exploration, independence, and problem-solving

  • Collaborating with fellow teachers to create a supportive, fun, and consistent classroom environment

  • Communicating with families to share milestones, updates, and joyful moments

  • Observing, documenting, and celebrating learning and growth every day

šŸŽ“ What Weā€™re Looking For:

  • Associateā€™s or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

  • Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting

  • A heart for children, a collaborative spirit, and a love of learning

  • Strong communication skills and a growth mindset

  • Familiarity with play-based and emergent curriculum is a plus!
