Lead daily operations with positivity, purpose, and professionalism
- Support and inspire your teaching team to deliver top-quality learning experiences
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
- Oversee curriculum, compliance, and center excellence
- Manage budgets, schedules, and all the details that make the magic happen
🎓 What You Bring

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- 2+ years of leadership experience in childcare or preschool management
- Strong understanding of child development, curriculum, and licensing standards
- Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
