🌟 Now Hiring: Infant Co-Lead Teacher

We’re looking for a nurturing, dedicated, and collaborative educator who’s passionate about supporting infants through their earliest stages of growth and development. As an Infant Co-Lead Teacher, you’ll work closely with another lead teacher to create a warm, consistent, and engaging environment where every baby feels safe, loved, and inspired to explore.

💼 Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with your co-lead teacher to develop and deliver age-appropriate, play-based curriculum

  • Foster a calm, nurturing atmosphere that supports each baby’s physical, emotional, and cognitive growth

  • Build trusting relationships with children, families, and team members

  • Observe, document, and celebrate developmental milestones

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment

  • Communicate daily with families through updates, photos, and meaningful interactions

  • Support your classroom team in upholding the high standards of our 5-Star Step Up to Quality and NAEYC-accredited program

🎓 Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE)

  • Experience working with infants or toddlers

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A passion for nurturing, teaching, and making every day special for little ones

  • Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
