✨ Your Role: Lead Toddler Teacher

As our Lead Toddler Teacher, you’ll guide curious little minds through exploration, discovery, and growth.
 You’ll foster independence, communication, and confidence — all through engaging, play-based learning experiences.

We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and loving teacher who’s committed to excellence and believes in the power of connection and creativity in the classroom.

💼 Responsibilities:

  • Develop lesson plans and learning goals aligned with NAEYC and Step Up to Quality 5-Star standards

  • Create a nurturing, positive, and fun classroom environment

  • Maintain daily records and track student progress

  • Collaborate with families and colleagues to meet each child’s individual needs

  • Support toddlers’ social and emotional growth through patience, consistency, and care

  • Ensure classroom safety, organization, and cleanliness at all times

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Associate’s or higher preferred)

  • Experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood classroom

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude

  • Commitment to creating joyful, high-quality learning experiences

Position Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay Range: $27,000.00 – $35,000.00 per year
